Step by Step Guide

Below is a step by step guide which walks you through the journey that you will take if you book surgery though Surgery Getaways.

Step 1
You will need to fill out our general 'Enquiry Form' and submit it to us to initiate contact. You are under no obligation to make a booking with us at this time.

Step 2
When we have received your 'Confirmation Email' we will send you an estimated cost for your surgery package. For an accurate quotation you will then need to send us photographs and our completed 'Medical Questionnaire'. You are still under no obligation.

Step 3
We will forward your information to hospital for the leading surgeons’ evaluation. When we have received a response from the surgeon, we will email you outlining the surgeon’s evaluation and medical advice. Along with this you will receive an accurate quotation. Again, at this stage you are under no obligation.

Step 4
If you decide to accept the surgeon’s evaluation, you will be asked for a surgery date thats suitable to you. With this we will seek confirmation surgery date from the surgeon. Once this is confirmed you then book your flights and forward your flight itinerary. Once your flight itinerary has been received we will book your accommodation and will email your ‘Booking Form’. This is to be completed and returned.

Step 5
Once Surgery Getaways non-refundable administration fee has been received, you will receive all confirmation documents and other information that will assist you while you are in Thailand
